1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Resume AI for Tech Jobs ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms incorporate Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) where applicable. In the event of a conflict, Apple's EULA takes precedence with respect to App Store distribution. View Apple's standard EULA →

2. Description of Service

Resume AI for Tech Jobs is an AI-powered resume optimization tool designed to help tech job seekers tailor their resumes to specific job descriptions. The App generates an ATS match score, a rewritten resume, and actionable suggestions.

The App does not guarantee job placement, interview invitations, or employment outcomes. Results are AI-generated and should be reviewed and edited by you before submission to any employer.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You must have a valid Apple ID to make purchases.
• By using the App, you represent that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Subscriptions

• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Your Apple ID account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• To cancel: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Resume AI Pro → Cancel.
• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of an active subscription period, except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

5. One-Time Purchases (Consumables)

• Consumable credits are stored on-device and are not transferable between devices or Apple IDs.
• Credits are consumed when you view the full optimization result.
• Consumed credits are non-refundable. For refund requests, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Automate, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the App using bots or scripts.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all resume text and job descriptions you submit. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to transmit your content to our AI service provider solely to generate your optimization results. We do not store, sell, or use your content for any other purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Optimization results, including rewritten resumes and suggestions, are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. You should always:

• Review AI-generated content carefully before using it.
• Verify that all information in the rewritten resume is accurate and truthful.
• Not submit AI-generated content to employers without your own review and approval.

We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content, including misrepresentations to employers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI results will meet your expectations or improve your employment outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with that law and, where required by Apple, through Apple's dispute resolution processes.
